By using this website or purchasing products from NoMercy, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website or purchasing our products. 2. Product Usage
- Products, including software and license keys, must be obtained through purchases via our payment system.
- Products may be delivered via email or directly on your account within 24 hours of purchase.
- Accounts and keys may only be used on one computer. Hardware changes may require support verification to restore access.
- NoMercy reserves the right to deactivate or delete accounts for misuse, sharing, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.
3. Purchases and Payments
- You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and keep it updated.
- All payments are final unless a verified technical issue prevents product functionality (see Refund Policy).
- Attempted fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized payments will result in account termination and potential legal action.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales are final, except for verified technical issues that prevent software from functioning.
- Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
5. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

- Lifetime keys are subject to continued product availability. If a product is discontinued, no replacement or refund is provided.
